The rate card
Most people ringing this number need a box for a stretch of work, not forever. So the hire rate sits first. Where a size has no rate printed, it is quoted on the call because it depends on what is in the yard.

Who hires from us
Crews heading to Moranbah, Clermont and the leases past them hire lockups, laydown storage and DG units for the length of the job, then send them back. Tell us the gate rules up front and we line the delivery up with them.
Moranbah deliveries →A 20ft on the edge of a slab at Ooralea or Rural View keeps tools and plasterboard dry for the whole build. It goes when the keys are handed over.
Mackay suburbs →From June to November there is gear to keep out of the weather and chemicals that need a proper home. Growers from Sarina up the Valley hire for the season or buy for good.
Pioneer Valley farms →Three rooms of furniture somewhere dry while the kitchen comes out, or overflow stock for a business that needs it through to April. Short hire, sealed box, gone when you're done.
Northern beaches →How long do you need it?
Hire. A short job does not justify owning a box you will then have to sell.
Usually still hire. No money tied up, and nothing to get rid of at the end.
The grey zone. It depends on whether the work is contracted or rolling — ring and we will run both numbers with you.
Buy. A sound used unit costs less than two years of hire and still has resale value when you're finished.
We hire and we sell, so there is nothing to gain by steering you. If the arithmetic says buy, we will say so.
Buy-out
It happens a lot: the six-month job turns into two years, or the shed you were going to build never gets built. Ask us to price the unit already on your ground. If it makes sense to keep it, it stays where it is — no swap, no second truck.
Hire units go out at cargo-worthy grade, wind and watertight, so the box you keep is the same standard as one we would sell.

The bulk of the work. Tilt-tray from the yard, with timing confirmed when you book. We know the Paget yards a sidelifter can swing in and the older streets where it can't.
Paget · MackayMoranbah, Clermont and the sites beyond. Inductions, gate windows and laydown access get sorted before dispatch, along with the right DG unit if the job needs one.
Moranbah · ClermontSarina to Bowen, up through Marian and Mirani, out to Seaforth. Cane blocks, acreage and boat gear that needs salt-air storage.
